    Thank you for choosing Online Work Order Suite (OWOS): Lite Edition 3.10. OWOS Lite is an easy to use web-based work order system. If this is the first time you have used this software you may want to make your self familiar with the system by reading the rest of the online help.

  2. Login
    Allows the user to login to restricted areas in the system.

    How do I login?
    Enter the system password and click on login.

  3. Search
    Allows users to search for articles based on a keyword.

    How do I perform a search?

    1. Type a keyword in the text box provided.

    2. Select a category to search within.

    3. Click on search in the menu bar

    4. Your results will be displayed (if your search returns no results try again).

  4. Submit
    Allows users to submit a work order.

    How do I submit a work order?
    Enter the information required, then click on check. Next click on save.

    • Priority
      Please select a priority level. e.g.: Normal.

    • From
      Please enter a name. e.g.: John Doe

    • Email
      Please enter a valid email address. e.g.: jdoe@domain.com

    • Building
      Please select a building. e.g.: High School

    • Room
      Please enter a room. e.g.: Office

    • Item
      Please enter an item. e.g.: Office

    • Problem
      Please enter a descriptive problem. e.g.: My computer won't boot.

  5. Edit
    Allows authorized users to edit a work order requests.

    How do I edit a work order?
    Click on edit then fill out the form and click on update.

    • Priority
      Please select a priority level. e.g.: Normal.

    • From
      Please enter a name. e.g.: John Doe

    • Email
      Please enter a valid email address. e.g.: jdoe@domain.com

    • Building
      Please select a building. e.g.: High School

    • Room
      Please enter a room. e.g.: Office

    • Item
      Please enter an item. e.g.: Office

    • Problem
      Please enter a descriptive problem. e.g.: My computer won't boot.

    • Solution
      Please enter a descriptive solution. e.g.: Plugged in the power cord.

    • Assigned To
      Please select the user you want to assign this work order too. e.g.: Jane Doe

    • Time
      Please enter the amount of time spent in minutes. e.g.: 30

    Allows users to view or print the work order requests.

    How do I view a work order?
    Click on view.

    How do I print a work order?
    Click on print.

    Allows authorized users to view system statistics.
